SUPPORTERS
REGARDING: THE ILLEGAL OCCUPATION OF OUR INDIGENOUS LAND ON TURTLE ISLAND NORTH
WE OBJECT TO:
1. THE INVASION AND OCCUPATION OF TURTLE ISLAND NORTH BY COLONIAL
GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR CORPORATE ENTITIES;
2. THEIR VIOLATION OF THE NATURAL RIGHTEOUSNESS EMBODIED IN THE
KIANEREHKOWA, OUR GREAT LAW OF PEACE; AND THEIR ONGOING AGGRESSION AGAINST NATURE;
3. THE VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAWS; AND
4. THE CRIMINALIZATION OF OUR PEOPLE WHO PROTECT OUR LAWS, LANDS AND PEOPLE.
DATE: November 16, 2006
WHEREAS, UN Resolution 1514 affirmed independence of Indigenous people and that
colonial practices violate international law. UNTS 1021 condemns colonial states
that force assimilation policies on us which constitutes genocide. [The Mabo case
in Australia];
WHEREAS, the Noongar Aborigines of Australia were affirmed on September 21, 2006, as holding title to Western Australia in Bennell v. State of
Western Australia, by proving they continue to exist and are still part of the land.
WHEREAS the UN Charter requires that its members cannot use armed force to resolve international differences.
WHEREAS these colonial states must respect the political rights of the People as set out in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights;
WHEREAS General Assembly Resolution 1541 (XV) requires the informed consent of a people before they are included in another state [Western Sahara case];
WHEREAS the United Nations Committee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination found on March 6, 2006 that the United States was
denying the Western Shoshone people “their rights to own, develop, control and use their land and resources”.
WHEREAS international law rejects colonial encroachment on our land; that our land cannot be developed without consultation with us and our consent; and our perspectives cannot be ignored;
WE, THE ROTINONHSONNION:WE, wish to end the breach of the peace that is being inflicted upon us.
a). Our governance is based on relations of equality and mutual respect as affirmed by the Kaianereh’ko:wa, our Great Law of Peace. Our relationship with the colonists is based on the Guswentah, the Two Row Wampum. We agreed to travel on different paths on the same river without interfering with each other.
b). We are the trustees of our land for the future generations of our People and cannot be alienated. Colonial states have removed many of us to exploit our resources.
c). Colonial states have failed to respect their promises to protect us from their encroachment. Squatters illegally occupy our land, steal our resources and poison our land, water and air almost beyond repair. Corporate government, entities and agendas have been illegally imposed on us.
d). We took our issues with Canada to the League of Nations. In 1923 the Six Nations Confederacy from Grand River sent Deskaheh to apply for membership and was denied a hearing. His mistreatment set a precedent for colonial states to ignore the sovereignty of Indigenous nations worldwide upon whose land colonial states have imposed themselves. We have been silenced and denied our rightful place as equals with all other nations in the world.
e). Their justice system functions to keep the stolen property, to continue the theft and to undermine us. No third party can be neutral in mediating the disputes between the colonizers and their victims.
f). Returning to the principles of natural righteousness can attain peace and equity and return our ecosystem to a healthy state.
WE, THE ROTINONHSONNION:WE, AND OUR SUPPORTERS, WISH TO PROTECT OUR PHYSICAL INTEGRITY AND OUR LEGAL RIGHTS THROUGH PEACEFUL MEANS.
1.That colonial states uphold freedom, justice and peace including our inherent right of self-determination. They cannot force their laws on us without our fully informed consent and consensus of the majority of our people.
2. That our land belongs to the faces yet unborn. We maintain our stewardship so our children will be born free from bondage.
3. That we be dealt with on a nation-to-nation basis. Colonial states cannot deal through their unlawfully imposed corporate puppets backed by armed threats [band and tribal councils]. We have a right to exist. Creation gave us the natural instinct and will to survive.
4. The “rule of law” comes from Creation. It encompasses all that is good for humanity, that of being one mind based on natural righteousness. To create peace we must live in balance with the natural world, according to our own teachings, direction, language and culture. Foreigners to Turtle Island must respect the
Indigenous law of our land. They cannot legislate over or judge us.
5. Colonial states cannot criminalize us for upholding our obligations. We have an inherent right to preserve our land for our coming generations. Our acts have been defensive and peaceful.
6. Colonists came here to escape atrocities. They now commit these against us, eroding and destroying everything that helped us to survive. We wish to return to all that has sustained us.
7. We have a right to live a healthful and meaningful life. We can conserve the biological and cultural diversity of our ecosystem so that our children and people shall not suffer.
WE, THE ROTINONHSONNION:WE, insist that all our lands, right and possessions be restored to us.
For 500 years we resisted colonial efforts to do away with us and impose their unnatural institutions on us. The colonizers need to develop a peaceful relationship with us according to the principles of the Two Row Wampum agreement,
that they remain on their ship and not steer our canoe. The formula to peace is the Kaianereh’ko:wa, which was meant for everyone. To develop humanity and sustain life we must all come together as one with our environment.

What is this "Shadow Government Worldwide"? The tip of the Iceberg...
On two recent books by Chalmers Johnson: "Blow back", & most recently
"The Sorrows of Imperialism, Secrecy & The End of Empire", outlining for us quite eloquently;
intent/root cause/symptom/ideology, & consequence of U.S. National & International Policies,
by referencing these strategies to the prevalent parallels of The Roman Empire's eminence & downfall documented in history.
Several books have been written over time in attempt to disclose/expose the sad state of
governance in this country, like the series 1985 "The Unseen Hand" 488 PP, Volumes 1 & 2, by Author
A. Ralph Epperson on Publius Press, Tucson, AZ. A brilliant thorough compellation of introduction
to the conspiratorial view of History of the Elite/Shadow Government in the US and globally.

In order to tie it all together/comprehend all the ills committed by our Government, under the banner of
defending democracy/liberating peoples/stopping the spread of communism, hence ...
( "The Cold War" era was propagandized, to deceitfully sell the U.S. pop. the need to invade all over the world), which in reality is to prevent any country rich with natural resources/national civil policies from advancing its national interests,
why is so crucial we must put into perspective the context under which many elected officials, both Republican/Democrat have acted in unison to create for many years this "Shadow Government" to benefit their pockets, while turning a blind eye!!!!
"Case in point;why Wars are so profitable for this "Shadow Government".
With regards to U.S. multinational Co's., ushered in a century long to date of U.S. military
interventions/ covert/overt insurgencies through military might, CIA orchestrated civil riots,
coups, regime change by assassination of democratically elected heads of states on a global scale.
Thereby installing/sustaining puppet regimes (Dictators/Client States) with our Income Tax dollars
throughout the Globe in over 50 years !!!
These Client Governments (puppet regimes), must never consider their respective country's
national interests, rather to sell out/give away all national resources to multi national Corporations.
Of course, these Companies operate in continents around The World with impunity! Meaning,
this could not be possible without a nudge from our own U.S. Congress/The IMF/WTO/World Bank,
& other forces to insure U.S. interests (these Companies's insatiable culture of greed for wealth)
the only concern satisfied, without regard to the local needs of the peoples, from human/civil rights,
the right to assemble/organize for labor representation to negotiate/demand living wages/adequate
working conditions, etc...
Instead, terrific chaos/destruction in the environment/fishery/agriculture/export/import/displacement
of farmers caused to lose their farms for hostile takeover by the influence of these Corporations/
ecological fabric of these countries. It should not be surprising that among these sick Corporate
structures are Golf & Western/Oil Contortions/G.E./Monsanto/Enron/Hali Burton/Bechtel/the 6 Media
& Clear Channel Corporations, controlling all programming on the Tube/Print/Radio, & through great
efforts by the FCC, to allow for further consolidation by the big 6 & Clear Channel to completely control
all dissemination of information!!!
In short, America, while all its manufacturing jobs are been exported at an alarming rate in pursue
of cheaper & cheaper labor, without Environmental/worker rights, or protection laws, our country is
nearing becoming a consumptive/service/none manufacturing, & Fascist country, where labor right
is attacked daily to squelch resistance to this "Shadow Government".
We Americans, through shear apathy, resulting in ignorance/lack of info, have allowed/maintained the
endurance of this U.S. destructive/endemic campaign!!!
In closing, it may be easy for some to be confused from a line up of 9 Democratic Presidential
contenders... However, if you truly read/hear the stark differences among them, It is very easy
distinguishing which one offers America a real choice for the progressive needed changes.
Ohio Dem. Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich is that candidate, as CO-CHAIR to The Progressive
Caucus in Congress, currently championing Legislation for Healthcare for all Americans, no if's,
or buts, as the only man in Congress ever to lead instituting a Peace Department, to counter a
pervasive Defense Dept. (Offense Dept.), and a relentless fighter for social justice every/any where.
Mr. Kucinich will eliminate The WTO/NAFTA/The false War on Drugs/legalize medicinal drugs,
preserve/insist on all human/worker/Gay rights, re-appeal the infamous Oct/02 preemptive attack
resolution/all recent tax cuts/protect our global environment, etc.
With this progressive platform, Mr. Kucinich is well poised to receive his party's nomination.
Recently, notably Mr. Howard Dean has been getting much media coverage with falsehoods,
and Mr. J. Kerry, at Meet The Press on Sun/8/31/03 was confronted with the revealing inquiry
about his involvement in the secret society of "Skull & Bones" at Yale University; his reply
was condescending "Well no comments, is secret!", while also flip flopping on several issues
then/now!!! Well, when debate time comes around, we'll see who's vision is really true.
So please do the right thing when your vote counts...
